You earn once for each student whose admission is confirmed through M.B. Patil Education at a partner institution — not per semester or per year. Commission becomes payable once the institution confirms the admission and the fee is received, and is paid by bank transfer to your verified account. The applicable terms for each institution and course are shown in your portal before you register a student.

Who can become an admission partner?
Career counsellors, coaching institutes, teachers, education consultants and anyone who regularly guides students on college admissions in Maharashtra. Registration is free and every partner is verified by M.B. Patil before activation.
Is there a registration fee?
No. Registering, KYC and access to the partner portal are free.
How is lead ownership decided?
The first partner to register a student (matched by mobile number) with M.B. Patil owns that student for the admission cycle. If a student is registered again by someone else, the portal flags it and M.B. Patil reviews the evidence — first registration date, student consent and activity — before deciding. The decision is recorded against the lead.
When and how are payouts made?
Commission is one-time per confirmed admission. It becomes payable once the institution confirms the admission and the fee is received, and is paid by bank transfer to your verified account. You can track every rupee — expected, payable and paid — in your portal.
Is TDS or GST applicable?
TDS is deducted as required by law and shown on every payout. If you are GST-registered you can add your GSTIN during KYC.
Which institutions and courses can I refer students to?
Only institutions that have partnered with M.B. Patil Education. The full list, with courses and indicative fees, is on our institutions page and inside your partner portal.
What about CAP-round versus institute-level or management-quota admissions?
Commission applies to admissions confirmed through M.B. Patil with our partner institutions. Whether a particular seat type (for example CAP round, institute-level or management quota) is eligible depends on the institution and course — the applicable terms are shown in the portal before you register a student.
Can I switch from Referral Partner to Admission Consultant?
Yes. Ask your M.B. Patil relationship manager; the change applies to students registered after the switch.
